"With this specific room we had trouble at check-out because they didn't want to apply your $95 rate even though we had your e-mail and confirmation number. Also we had been told we would be able to have an early check-in and when we went in the morning, we had to wait until the regular check in time. This caused a delay of two hours at check-out for a whole family group of people, most of whom had gone through a travel agency for their reservations. The organization, skills and customer relations at the front desk were unacceptable and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone again. Another problem with this hotel is that since they only have 19 rooms, when they are full, they aren't able to do things like give a double bed to a couple or to accommodate more than two people in a room. We had a mother and two teen daughters in one room sleeping in two twin beds. In another room we had a married couple with two children, ages 7 and 9 having to sleep in two twin beds,that is , 2 to a bed. In another case, 15 minutes before check-out time they packed and moved one occupants' bags into the lobby while the person was out of the hotel. The rooms are not uniform in their accomodations, some being very small and so not seeming to be uniform in the price value. Otherwise it is a beautiful little hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing and shopping in the colonial zone."
